Destiny Discover

Students can login at my.clayton.k12.ga.us and click Destiny to open the school media center catalog. Reading materials available may include: eBooks, interactive books, and encyclopedia articles.

Get Georgia Reading (myON access for all grade levels)

To ensure that students have “at home” learning opportunities during this time of school closures, Get Georgia Reading and Renaissance are partnering to provide readers free, anytime/anywhere access to digital books and news with myON. 

Unlimited, 24/7 access makes it easy for students to continue reading and learning at home. Students can read online using any Internet-enabled device, or read offline with free mobile apps.

 a. School Name: Get Georgia Reading 
 b. Username: yourcounty (claytoncounty)
 c. Password: read
2. Click the Sign In button and start reading!

MackinVIA is providing free access to over 5,000 ebooks to students until September 2020.


Galileo


Students can login at my.clayton.k12.ga.us and click GALILEO to open the online database. Students should scroll to the bottom of the webpage and click the Galileo Kids K-5 link to access Britannica School Elementary, magazines, images, videos, and more! The current password is: aboard.

Open eBooks

Open eBooks provides free access to thousands of ebooks which can be read using an App available for Apple iOS or Android devices. Ask for an access code by e-mailing your child’s name, grade level, and school name to claytonreads@clayton.k12.ga.us


Clayton County Library System

Tumblebook Library

The Clayton County Public Library provides access to TumbleBook Library, a collection of hundreds of ebooks including animated picture books, read-along chapter books, videos, and more. Go to claytonpl.org/kids to begin reading.

E-Read Kids

The Clayton County Public Library provides access to E-Read Kids, a collection of thousands of ebooks and audio titles. A library card number is required to access the collection. Go to claytonpl.org/kids to begin reading.
