Assistant Principal, Marquavius Hardy

Greetings Harper Family,

My name is Mr. Hardy, and I am honored to serve as one of your newest assistant principals.

This marks my 13th year in education. Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving as a classroom educator, instructional technology specialist, and most recently, a professional school counselor. Each of these roles has provided me the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and educators—delivering instruction, resources, and support to help every child succeed.

This school year, I look forward to collaborating with all of you—our students, staff, and community stakeholders. As an administrator, I am committed to fostering a positive learning environment that supports the academic and behavioral growth of every student at Harper Elementary. I am dedicated to identifying and responding to the evolving needs of our school community so that we can continue to grow and thrive together.

I believe education is a lifelong journey, and I am eager to keep learning alongside each of you. At the heart of my work is the belief that every decision we make should be in the best interest of our students.
